Originally inspired by the iconic Loire region of France, this wonderfully restored building once symbolised a token of love between the Baronet of Bodelwyddan and his wife after he spent over a decade creating the beautiful masterpiece for her. Standing tall, overlooking the Menai Strait with spectacular views out to Snowdonia there are very few venues that can offer the grandeur intimacy that this luxury welsh wedding venue can. With acres of manicured lawns, a dovecot, private jetty and large outdoor terrace, come rain or sun – your wedding day is sure to shine.

The Banqueting Hall is perfect for a romantic wedding ceremony amongst family and friends. With space for up to 80 guests and a direct link to the outdoor terrace, the Banqueting Hall is an AmaZing place to celebrate and entertain. This traditional and elegant room with wooden panelled walls is an incredibly versatile space with views of the Menai Strait that can be dressed to suit your personal preference, offering an ideal location for your big day. Once your ceremony is over, the room can be turned into a stunning place to hold your evening reception where you will also have access to the wine caves as your private bar for the night.

We have a choice of beautiful locations for your wedding reception. The most popular is our large Banqueting Hall which can comfortably seat 80 guests. Alternatively the Drawing Room with adjoining Music Room is a popular choice plus in the Summer the terrace offers uninterrupted views over the water and Snowdonia mountain range.
