Package Policies

• The rate is already inclusive of 21% government tax & service.
• Additional nights from $535++
• The package valid until 31 March 2025
• Benefits valid for two persons and Benefits not taken of will not be redeemable.
• Check in time is at 14:00 hrs and check out by 12:00 noon.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• Room inclusions are valid per paid occupants per occupied villa.
• Our Villas are set up for max 2 persons; an additional person will be subject to an extra charge of USD 100 net/per night. Should the number of persons exceed 3 persons, you may be requested to reserve an additional villa.
• Package not valid during Christmas (24 December - 26 December) and New Year (30 December - 01 January)amp;
• In the event of a cancellation 14 days (in low season) and 21 days (in high season; July 01 - 31 August 2025) prior to the proposed arrival date, your reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge.
• No Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full accommodation charge.
