The Cottonwood Boutique Hotel is set in the coastal resort of Bournemouth, the largest town in the charming English county of Dorset. The hotel overlooks the seafront with uninterrupted views of the English Channel, and the excellent amenities of Bournemouth are within easy walking distance. Proclaiming itself as Bournemouth's most most unique and romantic boutique hotel, Cottonwood occupies an Edwardian villa, and makes the most of its elegant setting and ornate interiors, complete with marble fireplaces, chandeliers and stuccoed ceilings. You can get married in a specially designed vintage afternoon tea ceremony, which includes traditional clotted cream and scones and homemade cakes served on crisp white linen as well as Pimms, wine and Prosecco. The beautifully kept gardens are available during the summer months. From October to February, the hotel offers a specially created winter wonderland setting for weddings and romantic breaks.

Your Stay

The hotel's 29 guestrooms have Edwardian style decor with subtle contemporary detailing, and some have sea views. All rooms come with TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. WiFi is available in some of the rooms and public areas. The hotel has a sun lounge overlooking the bay and guests can relax in the landscaped gardens. For guests arriving by car, there's free onsite parking.

First class pampering is available at the hotel's onsite spa, Beauty Essence. The spa offers a selection of beauty treatments and complementary therapies. Beauty treatments include facials, manicures, waxing and tanning, while complementary therapies include Indian head massage. When it comes to entertainment, you can enjoy the regular live music shows, featuring everything from jazz to Motown hits, on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch times.

The elegantly appointed restaurant has views across the sea, and the terrace is great for summer open-air dining.
