Coombe Abbey Hotel

Brinklow Road , Coventry, CV3 2AB, United Kingdom

Capability Brown

Lancelot Brown, a famous British landscape architect, earned the nickname “Capability” after consistently assessing 'the capabilities of nature'. He was employed by Lord Craven and his wife Elizabeth, and asked to redesign the gardens and surrounding land at Coombe Abbey in 1771.

Decorated in gold and red, and situated in the Park Priory, you can look forward to sleeping soundly on a four-poster bed, and relaxing in a slipper bath.

Inside the suite, you'll get the option of two bathrooms, one on the lower floor and the second at the top of the spiral staircase. The main room itself features a table, two lounge chairs and a large window that reveals spectacular views of the landscape.

Please note our Grand Feature Rooms have steps within the rooms. If you would like more information in regards to accessibility, please contact our reservations team on 02476 450 450 for advice.
