The entrance leads to a living room, dining room and kitchen. It is fully equipped : oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. You will have reversible air conditioning throughout the villa.
Its two bedrooms and the shower room are composed as follows :
Outside, the garden is perfectly landscaped. A swimming pool of 6 meters with deckchairs awaits you for multiple sunbaths! A summer dining room on the terrace overlooking the walled garden will be the key place where you spend the majority of your time, between family meals and a short break to read.
It is a real pleasure to stay in this villa LA COZY which has no vis-à-vis. The little plus, there is no internet access, what a stay completely offline and that ... it's priceless !

Description
Located in the heart of the land of dry stone, Cabrières-d'Avignon is a very charming village that is not lacking in picturesque and has kept its authentic character. In the countryside that surrounds the village, you will come across some Bories, a sort of old farmhouse dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
A nice walk is to be made along the infamous 27 km long Wall of Plague, built formerly to protect the inhabitants of Comtat Venaissin from the Great Plague that struck Marseille and part of Provence in 1720-1722. You can also enjoy a magnificent forest of 5 hectares of large cedar trees planted in 1860.
